Orders over $200 incur shipping and handling of $19.95.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business day from our Virginia QLD warehouse.  We ship using Australia Post for accessories and smaller items.  We ship using courier for pumps and large orders.   

Refunds/Exchanges

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Ardo breastpumps are personal hygiene products and are classified as medical devices, therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless:

A. The product is in a saleable condition - no seals or packaging opened; no products or components have been used.

B. The product is faulty.

Please call us on 1300 GO ARDO to arrange returns/refunds. It is always helpful if you can quote your invoice number and the date of purchase. All goods should be returned within 14 business days. Goods are returned at your own expense unless faulty.
